Simple tips to wake up early in the morning
Waking up early in the morning is the biggest problem for many of us
My simple question is why we want to wake up early in the morning, what does we are going to do after waking up early in the morning, okay Yoga, meditation, prayer, reading newspapers, cooking, making up your kids ready for school cooking lunch preparing for dinner what else you will do when you wake up early in the morning.
Someone may need to wake up early in the morning to reach office on time but obviously they will return completely late to home they feel tired want to take rest don't have patience to spend time with their family because they want to wake up early in the morning.
They postponed all happiness in their life because they want to wake up early in the morning while the entire life is going waste what to do with waking up early in the morning just sleep for an hour extra, to office an hour late what will happen if you go to office an hour late and I'll let you lose money but not your peace.
Many people dont have anything to do special interesting activities than sleeping, what they will do wake up early in the morning better sleep well, sleep for an extra half because they believe sleeping an extra half gives them energy happiness freedom.
Want to get up from bed on their own time and go to office on their own time, many of these type of people have their own business and their own schedule of time, will start working after 10 a.m. they don't have office timing but the commitments, you see this people who sleep late in the night there was something in the Internet because they went to impress customers intern and money this people who stole their sleep in the night and sleeps in the morning actually this is not switching them actually what they deserve they are interest and what they are getting every day but actually they are losing Mini in terms of their own deserving capacity since we have freedom to sleep late in night and wake up late in the morning morning they feel they are satisfied actually this people will not put full foods to get anything because they are satisfied
Sleeping on your time waking up there on your own time makes many difference to feel that you have got full freedom in their life, ok now why we couldn't able to wake up early in the morning because of only reason,
* I don't have anything special in the morning
* I might be a night shift employees
* Let us discuss about a person who have to wake up early in the morning but actually I couldn't able to do it regularly
Do all your physical stretching exercises in the evening/night before you take dinner
(Important is Light dinner).
